How to Start a Return

Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
• Items should be in reasonable condition — normal wear is acceptable.
• Limited to one return per household.
• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
