so i'm 30 weeks and i've been dealing with SPD/pelvic girdle pain since like week 22. for anyone who doesn't know — it's basically constant pain in your pelvis/hips that gets worse when you move. nighttime was the worst bc i couldn't find a position that didn't hurt. my pelvic floor PT (yes i'm seeing a PT while pregnant, highly recommend) told me to get a pregnancy pillow that let me keep my knees separated and elevated. this one fits the bill perfectly. the bolster is the perfect size to go between my knees and actually STAYS there all night which other pillows didn't do. pic is my current setup, very boring but very effective lol. night 1 i still had some pain but was able to sleep through it. night 3 onwards i've been waking up basically pain free. i almost cried when i realized i wasn't in pain one morning. if you have SPD/PGP PLEASE try this. it's not a cure but it's night and day different

i'm someone who reads 47 reviews before buying anything so let me be real with yall. this pillow is legit. i'm 27 weeks, had horrible round ligament pain and hip pain, was waking up like 6 times a night. the first night with this pillow i still woke up a couple times out of habit but went right back to sleep. by night 3 i was sleeping through to my usual 5am bathroom trip and then BACK TO SLEEP which literally hasn't happened since week 18. the setup in my pic is what's working for me currently — i'm a left-side sleeper, i use one wedge under belly, one behind my back to prevent rolling, and the bolster between knees. i rearrange sometimes when my back hurts worse and move one of the wedges to support my lower back instead. the fact that you can CONFIGURE it is what makes this better than the all-in-one u-shape pillows imo. those take up your whole bed and can't be adjusted. anyway yeah, buy it
